Hey!
Okay- so my SIL/FRIEND is having her GRAND OPENING show tomorrow.
We are doing a brunch.
We are doing Ham & Cheese Brunch Squares and Mimosas but are looking for a "healthy alternative" for the health conscious....
ANY ideas are GREATLY appreciated!
Want to get her off to a GREAT start!!!

So, what did you end up doing?

We went with Ham & Cheese Brunch Squares and Apple-Berry Salsa.
It worked! Everyone loved it and she is at $1200 in sales. :D

What a great first show!! Did you "do" the show for her or just offer support?
