Looking for a Peanut Butter Dip Recipe?

In summary, you can use any type of peanut butter for the dip, though creamy peanut butter is recommended for a smooth consistency. The dip can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days and can be substituted with different ingredients such as almond butter or honey. Some popular dippers for the dip include apple slices, pretzels, graham crackers, and celery sticks, but any favorite fruits, crackers, or cookies can be used. This dip is also perfect for making in advance for a party as it can be made up to 24 hours before serving and stored in the fridge until ready to serve.

A guest said she went to a show and the consultant never got back to her re: a fabulous PB dip that she made? Was wondering if anyone knows what it could be? Thanks!

If you have the All the Best cookbook, the spread layer of Taffy Apple Pizza makes a great dip.I believe it is:
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanillaIt's really good spread out on a plate, then drizzled with caramel and sprinkled with toffee pieces (Skor bits).

Hmm I will run it by her and see if that's it! Thanks Ann!

How about this one?

Fluffy Peanut Butter Dip
(Let's Eat!...pg 37)

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (6-8 oz) container vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup thawed, frozen whipped topping
Apple wedges, strawberries, celery sticks, pretzel of graham cracker sticks (your choice)

1. Put the peanut butter and yogurt in the Small Batter Bowl and whisk until it is smooth.

2. Add the whipped topping to the peanut butter mixture and mix well. Serve with your choice of dippers. Enjoy!

Makes about 12 servings

Helpful Hints: If you're not going to eat the dip right away, place the lid on the batter bowl and put it in the refrigerator. When you're ready to serve the dip, spoon the dip into a serving bowl.
