Looking for a Better Customer Care Log Sheet?

Does anyone have a Customer Care Log Sheet other than the one that comes on the forms CD. It's rather small for me. I don't write that small and would like room for extra notes. I looked through the files and didn't come across anything. Thanks.

Just take plain paper and put the customer's name on the top and enter the information you want/have then file it in a binder. Or take large index cards and do the same and use a file card box.

I use a spiral notobook....on each page is the Contact's name, address,number, how we met and then I have plenty of room to write notes.
