Hi

If a person attends a show and doesn't buy anything but books a show how do I log that in P3 so her friend the host get credit? Thanks
 
Yes, enter her name then enter the booking date so the host gets the credit for it!

Just type her name and information as a guest with the booking. She doesn't have to order anything.

2. Click on the show that was booked without purchases.
3. Under the "Guest List" tab, click on the "Add Guest" button.
4. In the "Guest Name" field, enter the name of the person who booked the show.
5. Under "Guest Status," select "Booked Show."
6. In the "Host Name" field, enter the name of the friend who will be hosting the show.
