Letter for Those About to Go Inactive

In summary, the "Letter for Those About to Go Inactive" is a reminder for customers who have not made a purchase in a while that their consultant is still available to assist them and to encourage them to continue using Pampered Chef products. It is typically sent to customers who have not made a purchase in the past 6-12 months and should include a personalized message from the consultant, a reminder of the benefits of using Pampered Chef products, and a call to action to make a purchase or schedule a cooking party. My genius director wrote this letter to send to people about to lose their consultant status. I sent to my team today and heard back from two people who want to set up time to talk. Now, I will give the disclaimer here that I should have sent it sooner than this month! At any rate, thought I'd share...
