Iso: Recipe for Dcb Milky Way Cake????

In summary, a guest at a show asked the speaker if they could give her the recipe for a Milky Way Cake, but the speaker said they didn't have the recipe and would check and email or call her later. Lisawow suggests that someone with the recipe post it on the website.

Hi all,
I've got a ?? for you, while at a show yesterday one of the guests asked me
if I could give her the correct ingredients for the.........Milky Way Cake for the DCB??? I said, "Uh, no, I don't have that one on my laptop, I'll do some checking and email or call you later."

Ok, so who can help me?? She said, she could only remember about putting milky ways on bottom of pan, something about the cake batter and frosting and butter and flipping it when it was done. I guess she's done some experimenting on her own and not having success, and as she put it, it's getting expensive. She can't get ahold of consultant who talked about it and it's not anyone I know, so thought I'd put it out there. Anyone???

I'd love to make these at some upcoming shows.

Thanks,

Lisa

wow, sounds like something right up my alley- If anyone has the recipe, please post.

I tried googling it, but every recipe I find says you melt the candy bars. I'll keep looking...

Holy cow...that sounds great! I hope someone has that recipe and posts it, b/c I know preggo me would be making it!! :p

ok
that post came out really strange..I typed in the website and it came out looking like that???? above
Oh well, I think you can still click on it and get to the site

I haven't seen a recipe for a milky way cake, but there's a recipe on here in the fluted pan for a snickers cake that sounds pretty yummy. It's made in the microwave too. I would think that you would be able to substitute the milky way for the snickers and the DCB for the fluted pan and try that. Who knows, maybe you would have a happy finding!:D
