To check the status of your order, you can sign in to your Pampered Chef account and go to the "My Orders" section. Here, you will see a list of all your past and current orders with their respective statuses.
Yes, you can track your order once it has been shipped. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to get real-time updates on the status of your package.
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and ship. However, during peak seasons or promotions, it may take longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery date.
The different order statuses are: Pending, Processing, Shipped, and Delivered. Pending means your order has been received but has not been processed yet. Processing means your order is being prepared for shipment. Shipped means your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. Delivered means your order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes changes to the items, shipping address, or payment method. If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
