I just made the Harvest Chicken Salad today and I couldn't eat it! Something in there was so bitter that I had to stop. I think it may have been the spinach, but I'm not sure. If I make it again I will use Romaine instead. Has anyone else had any problems with this recipe?

I have made it twice now and haven't had that problem. I wonder what it could be, that's wierd. It's usually absolutely delicious! Maybe you could try baby spinach?

I just tried it yesterday & it was great! Are you using too much orange zest or juice? What about the mustard? Are you using stone ground, which is similar to dijon?
