Ya know what??!! I've never been to Old Sturbridge Village either! The Hubby doesn't like to go to places like that he's more of a 6 Flags kid of guy Do you think that my kids would have fun there? My oldest is 10 and in the "this is sooooo boring" stage!! Isn't there a Yankee Candle Factory there too??chefkristin said:Marlborough! Now I live in Northborough.
D-Patel~ I was just in Sturbridge doing a show a couple of weeks ago. I have been dying to get to Old Sturbridge Village. I am thinking Christmas would be a nice time to go.
Nice to meet you all!

Happy birthday to your son (tomorrow)!!!chefkristin said:Hi Julie
I haven't been there yet but I want to. I am not sure how a ten year old would feel about it. I have always liked stuff like that and Plymouth Plantation was really neat when I went--it has been years though. I would love to take my son but he is only 4 (on August 2nd).
I do that too!!! On each of my childrens birthdays (I have 4 ~2 boys**10 & 2** & 2 girls~7 & 5) I think about each of their birth stories, how different each was and how each story fits their personality. My 7 year old daughter didn't want to wait for my doctor or the pain meds or anything. She was a spontaneous birth. The doctor walked into the room threw some gloves on tossed his tye aside and caught her!! And that is exactly how she is today! Very outgoing and bubbly and loud!chefkristin said:I keep thinking 4 years ago right at this moment I was laying in a hospital bed and they were trying to induce me. It didn't work so I ended up having a c-section at 7:37 am on August 2, 2002 due
to my sons heart racing.
I can't believe he is going to be 4. HELLO???
