that's pretty iffy.

Well there are plenty of "tattletales" around. I am sure someone will say something to HO and if they don't like it, she will be told about it. I didn't see anything wrong with it except using the logo.

We're not supposed to advertise our businesses on blogs. If we could, I would have reached out to Jenny ages ago.

The rules are there to protect us. Breaking them is just bad business.

And it's not fair to those of us who DO follow the rules. I'd love to advertise on my own Blog or a local directory...but I don't/can't. I don't use FB, so for me, it's a bit of a sting that others can advertise that way, but I don't break the rules (at least not on purpose!)

This is funny because I follow Southern Savers everyday! I saw this and was like whoa- thats a little sketchy :)

When I first became a consultant, I posted an ad on craigslist. Thankfully, someone contacted me and told me I was in violaton. I changed my posting immediately.

I went through her PWS and contacted her ananymously (my name is Another Consultant) letting her know she was in violation and copied and pasted the parts of the consultant agreement that said so. Hopefully, she will take care of this issue on her own and be thankful she was not reported.
