I booked this show a couple of weeks ago at a fair. She speaks pretty good english (spanish primary language) and most of the guest speak broken english. I was not able to get a hold of her until tonight They didn't have the phone set up properly so I was not able to leave a message.
I have spanish catalogs and order forms. She has asked an interpreter to be there to help . She has asked me to bring everything that I can because "her friends need to see everything" if they were to see it in a catalog and not in person and each item's benefits talked about they may think that they can get it at the dollar store cheaper.
She's expecting more than 7 people (I'm bringing folding chairs for more seats) and a good turn out. I'm just nervous because this will not go like a "normal" show because English will not be the primary language and showcasing the products will be different. I'm thinking that when I'm talking about the products to demo and have as much guest interaction as possible to keep the interest.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!
