How long do I have to return a bar pan for a refund or exchange?

I can't believe I don't know this. If someone didn't like the bar pan and wanted to return it for a refund, how long did they have? Just the first year, the full 3 year warranty period? or..... Same with if they didn't get a refund but wanted something else instead?

For Refunds
•Verify that the item is within our stated one-year refund policy.

For Exchanges
• Verify that the item is within the stated one-year exchange
guarantee.
