I am a new consultant and am reading through SOOO much information. I feel like it'll take me forever just to catch on:)
Does anyone know where specifically it explains on the site or anywhere the different promotion levels and how to accomplish them??

You need to have 4 active consultants and the 2 of them need to have an active concultant each. Go to CC and you can listen to the New Career Plan that will explain overrides ect and how to promote

Your recruiter and/or Director should be able to answer your questions, too, since they have a vested interest in you promoting to Director. (Not that you shouldn't ask here at all, but your question to your recruiter will help her know how serious you are about your biz.)
