I found a "Take the Challenge" sheet on here and thought it was a great idea. Hosts are allowed to "earn" more free products from the consultant. My question is how does the consultant pay for this. If the host for example earns $25, do I then pay $25 out of my pocket? I am trying to increase sales and bookings without overspending. Any suggestions?:confused:

I did that alot when I was first starting out. But you put the addtional product under the hosts order so that you take advantage of the hosts discount, plus your making your commision on it. Plus it can help your monthly totals. But I have found that I really didn't need to do this, they get so much for free already that you can really use that for leverage for getting your party average higher. If you tell a hostess that your average is $500 then she has it in her mind that should be her goal.....or tell her that outside orders usually double a shows sales... Just by suggesting you can really change your hosts mind set.
