I send 5 postcards to my hosts, and send e-mails. I know they sometimes get busy and don't always check their e-mail, but they always check their mail box! I figure it just keeps their show on their mind when they receive a post card once a week.
My system works quite well for me. I put their address label on the postcards the day after I book their show. Then I stamp them and write the date to mail them in pencil right under the stamp. I have them on my desk and check the stack every day and drop it in the mail when it is due for mailing.

Host coaching is the process of helping a host plan and prepare for their Pampered Chef party. This involves providing them with information and resources to make their party a success and maximize their rewards.
Postcards or "go green" options allow hosts to save time and money by sending electronic invitations and reminders to their guests. This also helps reduce paper waste and is a more environmentally friendly option.
Yes, you can still use traditional postcards for host coaching if the host prefers this method or if their guests may not have access to email. Just make sure to include all the necessary party information and RSVP instructions on the postcard.
It's important to communicate with your host and ask them their preference for sending invitations and reminders. Some hosts may prefer the convenience and eco-friendliness of electronic options, while others may prefer the personal touch of traditional postcards.
The postcards or electronic invitations should include the date, time, and location of the party, as well as RSVP instructions and any special details such as a theme or potluck. You can also include a short teaser about the products and benefits of hosting a Pampered Chef party.
