Home Expo Event-Sauce Ideas Needed

Hello Fellow Cheffers,

I am preparing for a Home Business Expo for next month and plan on having samples of our pantry products (the oil dipping seasoning and sauces). Does anyone have ideas for uses with the sauces? I will not have access to a microwave or stove. I plan on having breads for the oil sipping seasonings but wanted to also show case the sauces.

Any recipes would be greatly appreciated.

I did two different ones on the cool n serve tray. I put the cream cheese right on the inserts (flat sides) and then put pretzels in the lid. this way it kept them could for awhile and I could feature two (tho I think you could split the cream cheese into half and then put 4 sauces on as well.)

I just used the small bamboo bowls on the cracker tray and served beer bread or pretzels on the side.
