Help Me Add a Profile Picture to My Name!

Ok I haven't been here on Chef Success to long, and I am not the most computer literate, SO can you all please tell me how you got the picture by your name. I figured out how to do the other information and I am probably just missing something, but I LOVE looking at the cute pictures while reading somebodies thread.
