Where is everyone?
I'm down 2lbs this week!
Still have a lot to go but I went to the DR's on Friday for my post partum check up and got the ok for exercise so... GAME ON!:thumbup:
 
bad weekThe week was filled with family in from out-of-town, dinners, cook outs, and more food.
Gained back the 1.5 lbs from last week.
Will do better this week.

Still maintained this week, but I am back on track so hopefully next week I will go down!
 
i finally have lost about 6lbs in the past two weeks. 4 more lbs to go until i reach my mini-mini- goal. hopefully by next week, went and walked about 5 or 6 miles on saturday and then another 2 or 3 on sunday
 
Stayed the same. Hoping for better next week, I need the rin to stop so I can go for a walk. 
 
-.2. I have shin splits and I'm altering my workout next week. Lowering miles per hour and doing more weight training.
