What are yall cooking tomorrow? My mom is grilling and I am trying to think of something good to take over?

If you have the Great Grilling Cards there is a good recipe for Grilled Bananas, can't think of what it is called right now, but it is on this site somewhere because the last time I wanted to do it I couldn't find my cards.

I had the cards but I used them as door prizes for some of my parties. I have a gift bag that I let them pull one thing out of. I will have to see if I have any of them left. I think I will make hashbrown casserole and put it in the rectangle baker. But I would love to hear other ideas for the future.

we are grillin some hamburgers and hotdogs tomorrow................ Nothing special.. but using our PC grill stuff !!

What about the Picnic Potato Salad as a side dish? I made this for 4th of July and my family LOVED it, even my mother who does not like potato salad.

If you do the grilled spiced bananas, forget the foil. It's alot easier and faster to do them right in the peel. In a bowl combine Cinn Plus, brown sugar, lemon juice. Slice the banana peel long-wase and then use a small knife to slice the banana within the peel into disks (otherwise it plops out of the peel looking very slimy and quite pornographic-but it does get some giggles). Pour your mixture into the peel with the banana disks and grill until softened. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on your plate and then dump the spiced banana over the top. Awesome!

We're grilling today too...but the only PC recipe I'm making is the doll cake out of the celebrate cookbook! Since we're celebrating my daughter's 3rd b-day:) Made the cakes last night; now I'm getting ready to go frost.

Take some pics Lacy so we can see how cute they turned out.

1. What are some easy grilling recipes for a potluck?

For a crowd-pleasing dish, try our Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Kabobs. Simply skewer your choice of chicken or tofu, along with your favorite veggies, and grill until cooked through. Serve with a side of quinoa salad or grilled corn on the cob for a complete meal.

2. How do I transport food for a potluck?

Invest in a good quality insulated casserole carrier or cooler to keep your food at a safe temperature while transporting. If you are bringing a dish that needs to stay warm, wrap it in foil and place it in a towel-lined container to help retain heat.

3. What are some vegetarian options for grilling?

Grilled Portobello Mushroom Burgers are a delicious alternative to traditional meat burgers. Marinate the mushrooms in balsamic vinegar and olive oil before grilling for added flavor. You can also grill vegetable skewers or veggie burgers for a tasty vegetarian option.

4. How can I make sure my food is cooked properly on the grill?

Invest in a good meat thermometer to ensure your food is cooked to the proper temperature. Different meats require different internal temperatures for safe consumption. You can also cut into the meat to check for doneness, but this can release juices and cause the meat to dry out.

5. What are some make-ahead dishes for a potluck?

Our Slow Cooker Pulled Pork is a perfect make-ahead dish for a potluck. Simply prep the ingredients the night before, place everything in the slow cooker in the morning, and let it cook all day. You can also make a big batch of pasta salad or potato salad the day before and store it in the fridge until the potluck.
