Solution Center said my kit shipped today and should be here Saturday! Still cutting it *super* close, but barring any problems (which I understand FedEx is notorious for) - I should have my kit on Saturday!
Just wanted to share the good news!
Oh yeah - I called the solution center and was told the hold time was between 2:52 and 3:08 ...so I left a call back #. Then I had a question for tech support, so called them and got right through. After we dealt with my question, I asked him if he knew anything about shipping (he told me no, but asked what my question was). When I told him that my show was on Sunday and the PC website was still showing only received, he asked if I wanted to be transferred to the solution center. I told him I had already left a call back # and how long the wait was, he told me to let him transfer me to see what the wait was now (literally 10 minutes after I had called solution center the first time). Lo and behold - they answered immediately!!! Moral of the story - always have a tech question, then ask to be transfered - no wait!
