Did anyone order their free rubber stamp? The picture shown with the deal looks like a self-inking kind, but when I enter in my info and go through the process it asks me if I'm interested in ordering self-inking ones. They look like the one pictured with the promotion. So....(I know this is probably a dumb question, but...) are rubber stamps the kind that I would have to have an ink pad for?

They're self-inking. The free one is small - and it lets you enter more text than is really legible. If you want another one or a bigger one, you'll be charged for it. That's what that additional offer is.
