Hey Cheffers, I was looking for any tips you may have for fundraising. Any do's or don'ts

Do have a coordinator that is not yourself unless you are the one who is in charge (ie. your sister needs to pay medical bills and you are doing this for her). If you have a coordinator, you will be able to work with just one person and not be the one who messes up if there is a problem.
