"Looking for Tic Tac Dough" is a popular game show that aired from 1978 to 1986. It was based on the classic game of tic-tac-toe and offered contestants the chance to win cash and prizes.
The game involves two contestants competing against each other in a game of tic-tac-toe. They must answer trivia questions in order to place a symbol (either an X or an O) on the game board. The first contestant to get three in a row wins the game and goes on to play the bonus round.
Unfortunately, "Looking for Tic Tac Dough" is no longer on the air, but you may be able to find episodes on streaming platforms or on DVD. There are also fan-made versions of the game available to play online.
The prizes on the show ranged from cash prizes to trips and merchandise. Some of the most memorable prizes included cars, vacations, and even a house. The grand prize in the bonus round was a chance to win $25,000.
The original host of the show was Wink Martindale, who hosted from 1978 to 1985. Jim Caldwell took over as host for the final season in 1986. Both hosts were well-known game show hosts at the time.
