Find the Missing Kitchen Personality Flyer - $90 Recruitment Deal!

Yesturday, I came across a booking flyer that I can't find now. It was a cute flyer describing different kinds of "kitchen personalities" (One was named Lucy). Each personality contained a list of items and the total cost of each sale. One was a host, another a guest, and another a new recruit. The last one was the one of a new recruit and listed all of the products for just $90. It is a very good flyer to assist in recruiting. Does anyone have this? Thanks for you help.
