FedEx Delivers Exceptional Customer Service!

How many of you knew that the Fed Ex guys are independent contractors? I just got a show about 10 mintues ago and he is the NICEST guy! He is actually A LOT nicer than my UPS guy! He made sure yesterday not to leave my package on the doorstep, (unlike UPS who would not even wait for me to answer the door) since he said that he knew it had to be important coming from a big company and that many people might want to take advantage of that. He said he is willing to do what ever it takes to make me happy (within reason of course ) But I just have to communicate what I want from him. I am SUPER happy with Fed Ex right now!

My brother n law works for Fedex. I wish that he worked near me!

I got my first delivery today - came just as fast as it did w/UPS, actually faster since it came on Saturday. I forgot about that! I'm very happy so far. I didn't get a chance to meet the driver, he was half way down the street before I got to the door.

Haven't had a delivery yet but I am hopeful even though I will miss my old UPS guy very much! Good to hear about your 1st experience!

I can't wait to meet my "guy" assuming it's a guy. I should be meeting him sometime between Tuesday and Thursday since that's when I'm supposed to get at least the Director package by. Woo hooooo!!!
