Director Email for Team: Re Nc Announcements

okay - I am on info overload and cannot quiet my mind.
I only have 5 consultants. 1 was at NC with me.
I would like to send an email to the others telling them all about it but I am seriously hitting a wall.
Anyone have something typed up that I could utilize?
