Efficient Recipe Analysis Software for Nutritional Feedback

Okay, here's what I want:
1) a computer software program I an install on my laptop
2) it has the ability to analyze recipes
3) I plug in the recipe and it gives me feedback (calories, nutritional values, etc)

Anyone have one? Know of one? Like it? Hate it?
