HELP! I have a show coming up where all the guests are either singles, or couples with no children. I would love to have some recipes tailored to that lifestyle, if anyone has any suggestions!

(Stoneware Inspirations) You might want to spotlight this cookbook, but remember there will be 6-10 people at your party. You want to be sure to make enough to give everyone a sample.

For small households investment cooking is also important because usually both people are working and coming in tired and hungry. If they make a nice large meal at the beginning of the week they won't have to worry about cooking every night. We also have a couple of recipes that make just the meat that you can incorporate into several 10 minute recipes later in the week.

There is a flyer available in the downloads section of pamperedchef.com. It shows how you can cook once in the roasting pan and eat all week! I'll see if I can find it and post it.
