Do You Have to Activate the Debit Card First?

In summary, to activate your debit card, you will need to call the number provided on the card or on the accompanying instructions. This typically involves entering your card number, expiration date, and security code, and possibly providing personal information for verification. It is necessary to activate your card before using it to prevent fraud and unauthorized use. The process usually takes a few minutes and can be completed instantly through the bank's website or mobile app. You can also activate your card in person at a bank branch. If you do not activate your card, it will remain inactive and may be cancelled by the bank after a certain period of time.

I'm ready to submit a show and it says my debit card is not valid. Is there something I'm missing (this would be the first time using it) or do I have to call Home Office?

I had this happen to me and if I recall, I had to inform the bank about my proprietary (sp) card. It should work automatically, I would think...

They told me once you have the number it should be active. Do you have all your recent updates done on P3, just in case that has an effect?

I do. I just installed it last night...I'll call home office later. Thanks!

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble submitting your show. It's possible that there may be an issue with your debit card, such as an expiration date or incorrect information. I would recommend double checking the card details you entered and if everything looks correct, it may be best to contact Home Office for further assistance. They will be able to help troubleshoot the issue and ensure that your show is successfully submitted. Best of luck and happy cooking!
