Direct Ship Receipts: What to Expect for Your Purchase

I have a show with a Direct Ship item. Do I need to mail a receipt to the customer or will the item come with a receipt?

You need to mail the customer a receipt. I always take the time to write a hand-written note and thank them for their order, and always include my business card. HTH!

The item will most likely come with a receipt. However, it is always a good idea to confirm this with the company or seller before the show to ensure that the customer receives all necessary documentation.
