Or have I just never noticed? I was trying to do one and the shipping is $6.
 
Did you place one already this month? Only 1 per month gets the reduced shipping, and $6 is the first direct-ship level.

It was an I D 10 T error....
I had a personal order that I had never submitted sitting in my box, so it counted it as an order until I deleted it.
