Designing a Quick & Easy Beta Invite - HELP!

In summary, creating a visually appealing and easy to understand beta invite can be achieved by utilizing eye-catching graphics, a clean layout, and attention-grabbing fonts and colors. The invite can also be customized to match your brand's aesthetic by incorporating brand elements. When selecting a target audience, it is important to define your product, identify demographics and interests, and reach out to potential testers. The beta invite should include an overview of the product, instructions, and a call to action. To track success and gather feedback, set goals and metrics and use surveys or focus groups.

Hi
In the past I have been able to adapt various invitations on here to send out for my hosts. I love sending a paper invite with the mini-catalog to everyone on the host's guest list. Now I have made the switch to the Beta site - and cancelled my Legacy Site. The same directions do not pertain to the Beta site (....click on Shop Online and then enter the host first name & last name). Many of my hosts do not have email so they look for me to send out the invites and collect online orders for them and I have no problem with this.
Has anyone designed a quick & easy Beta invite?? Please? I do not want to reinvent the wheel and honestly am not that great with formulating logical steps!
HELP ME!!!!!:yuck:

I cannot help you with your question, but I did have an 'invitation' when I logged in to start using my beta site. I truly do not want to and am not ready. I have not even browsed because of all the negative things I have read. Wonder what happens if I just keep ignoring the invitation to use it? When will we be forced to switch?

Once you've created your show, click on the show number. You'll see several tabs. The show tab gives you a chance to personalize the invitation and gives you a link that takes guests directly to that show. No more putting in the host's name.
