If you are missing box 1 from your delivered show on Monday, please reach out to our customer service team at 1-800-342-2433. They will be able to assist you with locating your missing box and getting it to you as soon as possible.
There could be a few reasons for this. It's possible that there was an error during the packing process, or that the box was mistakenly left off of the delivery truck. Our customer service team will be happy to look into this for you and provide a solution.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer tracking for individual boxes. However, if you have any concerns about the delivery of your box 1, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist you.
The delivery time for box 1 on a Monday show will vary depending on your location and other factors. In most cases, you can expect your box 1 to be delivered within 1-2 business days. If it has been longer than that, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates for box 1 on a Monday show. However, if you have a special request, please reach out to our customer service team and they will do their best to accommodate your needs.
