Ive looked and I have the cooking chart for the DCB to give to my customers, but is there already one available to print or is there a general rule of thumb when converting oven times to DCB or slow cooker times to DCB times?

There is one for oven temp and times in the cookbook put out by PC. I believe it has microwave times also. I do not know about converting slow cooker times to DCB. I can send the chart when I get home tonight (after 8 EST) if someone else hasn't been able to provide it for you.

TIAThere is a general rule of thumb for converting oven times to the Deep Covered Baker. The general rule is to reduce the oven temperature by 25 degrees and to increase the cooking time by 25%. For example, if a recipe calls for cooking at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in the oven, you would cook it at 325 degrees for 37.5 minutes in the Deep Covered Baker. For slow cooker recipes, the conversion is a bit trickier because slow cookers cook at a lower temperature than the Deep Covered Baker. A good rule of thumb is to reduce the cooking time by half when using the Deep Covered Baker. For example, if a recipe calls for 6 hours on low in the slow cooker, you would cook it for 3 hours in the Deep Covered Baker. It's always best to keep an eye on your food and adjust the cooking time as needed, since every recipe and appliance can vary. It's also helpful to use a meat thermometer to ensure your food is cooked to the proper temperature.
