Anyone else get the Conference Plague?

To prevent getting sick after a conference, make sure to wash your hands frequently and avoid touching your face. Bring hand sanitizer and use it regularly. Also, try to get enough rest and stay hydrated during the event.
Common symptoms of post-event illness include fatigue, sore throat, coughing, congestion, body aches, and headache. Some people may also experience nausea and vomiting.
The recovery time can vary depending on the individual and the severity of the illness. In general, it can take anywhere from a few days to a week or more to fully recover from post-event illness.
If you are experiencing symptoms of post-event illness, it is best to stay home and rest to prevent spreading the illness to others. If you must attend work or other events, make sure to practice good hygiene and avoid close contact with others.
If your symptoms are severe or last for more than a week, it is a good idea to see a doctor. They can determine if you have a viral or bacterial infection and provide appropriate treatment.
