Cut off date for new recruit paperwork?

Can anyone tell me the cut off date for applications to receive the new catalogs, etc. in the starter kit? I have a new recruit but she wants to make sure she gets the new catalogs, etc.

From the July Consultant News:

New Consultant Paperwork

All New Consultant Kits shipped Aug. 1–22 will include:

• New fall paperwork
• A spring/summer transition packet:
• 50 write-in receipts
• 25 spring/summer catalogs
• 3 Independent Consultant Agreements

Beginning Aug. 23, kits will include new fall paperwork only.

does new fall paperwork mean fall catalogs too? Seems like I remember they got some of each before....

I guess now that I think about it, fall paperwork means catalogs too. Its been a long day...........
