I have a hostess who wants to do Sunday Brunch but here is the kicker:
No meat, no baking! Any idea's? I will do one recipe for a demo she will have the rest of the food but wants menu idea's. Any and all help would be great! I'm thinking maybe a fruit salad in the trifle bowl? but thats kind of simple and I'm not sure how I could demo lots of tools that way. She wants a fun show but I'm a bit lost LOLthsi will be my second show back!

I've done a Yogurt/fruit/granola parfait before in the Trifle Bowl. Just a couple large tubs of vanilla yogurt, and then your fruit, and a box of plain granola. Do 2 layers of each ingredient. Doesn't show many products though.

If you bake the crust at home, you could always do a cool veggie pizza - everyone always loves that!
