To place a combined individual and replacement part order, you will need to contact your Pampered Chef consultant. They will assist you in placing the order and ensure that all the correct items are included.
Unfortunately, once a combined individual and replacement part order has been placed, no changes can be made. If you need to add or remove items, you will need to cancel the order and place a new one.
Combined individual and replacement part orders typically take 3-5 business days to process and ship. However, this may vary depending on the availability of the items and the shipping method chosen.
Unfortunately, host rewards cannot be used on combined individual and replacement part orders. These orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
Combined individual and replacement part orders are covered under our standard return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. However, please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
