Bridal Expo Follow-Up Event...suggestions?

In summary, Amanda is planning a follow-up event for brides and their bridal parties after attending a bridal expo. She is seeking suggestions and tips for the event, which will include finalizing registries, booking Pampered Bridal Showers, and promoting the PC biz opp. Some suggestions include using social media, creating attractive flyers, partnering with other vendors, offering a raffle or giveaway, and having a clear call-to-action at the event.

Hi everyone,

I'm planning a follow-up event from a bridal expo I attended this weekend. The event will be for brides and their bridal party to come and finalize their registries, for the MOH/etc to book a date for their Pampered Bridal Shower, and to also learn how the PC biz opp can help pay for the wedding/honeymoon/whatever.

Any suggestions or tips? Have you done an event like this before, or have flyers that might be helpful?

I have another bridal expo on April 10th, so am hoping to have 10-15 bridal parties in attendance.

Thanks in advance!
-Amanda

Hi Amanda,Congratulations on attending the bridal expo and planning a follow-up event! It sounds like a great opportunity to connect with potential clients and showcase your business. Here are some suggestions and tips for your event:1. Use social media to promote your event: Create a Facebook event and invite all the brides and bridal parties you met at the expo. You can also share the event on Instagram and Twitter using relevant hashtags to reach a wider audience.2. Create attractive flyers: Make sure your flyers are eye-catching and include all the necessary information about the event, such as date, time, location, and what attendees can expect. You can also include a special offer or discount to entice people to attend.3. Partner with other vendors: Reach out to other vendors who were at the bridal expo and see if they would be interested in collaborating for your event. This will not only add more value to your event, but also help you reach a larger audience.4. Offer a raffle or giveaway: Everyone loves a chance to win something. Consider offering a raffle or giveaway at your event to attract more attendees. This could be a free bridal shower package or a discount on your services.5. Have a clear call-to-action: Make sure you have a clear call-to-action at the event, whether it's to book a Pampered Bridal Shower or sign up for your PC biz opp. Have all the necessary information and forms ready for interested parties to fill out.I hope these tips help you plan a successful follow-up event. Best of luck!

This will give them a sense of being special and valued.2. This will encourage more brides and their parties to attend and also make it more likely for them to make a purchase.3. You can also have a few sample products for attendees to try out.4. Have a raffle or giveaway: Everyone loves a chance to win something! You can have a raffle or giveaway at the event to generate excitement and engagement. This can also be a great way to collect contact information for potential clients.5.
