I now do not think it is my additude at the shows becuse i had a really good commit from a lady at a show in nov as she was walking out she said this was the best or the most fun she had at a show.i did interactive one. and it was a 600 show and had a party later that month and that was 900 so i am gettting better but now to get bookings from them and i do have one maby in march and april so i am not giving up but need bookings. called all the people from last year and no takers yet. ideas

?1. Offering an incentive or special bonus to bookings made at the shows you attend can be a great way to get more bookings. Consider offering a discounted rate or free product/service for those who book at the show. 2. Make sure your booth is engaging and inviting. Have visuals, displays, and props that will draw people in and make them want to learn more about your business.3. Have engaging activities for attendees to participate in. This could include games, contests, and giveaways. People love to have fun, so give them something to enjoy while they're at your booth. 4. Create promotional materials and marketing pieces that showcase your business. Having pamphlets, business cards, and magnets with your contact information will allow attendees to remember you and reach out later. 5. Follow up with attendees after the show. Reach out via email or phone to thank them for stopping by and ask if they have any questions or need more information. This could lead to some new bookings. 6. Leverage social media to promote your presence at the shows. Post regularly leading up to the event to let people know you'll be there, and then share photos and highlights after the show.

First of all, congratulations on having successful shows in the past and receiving positive feedback from attendees! That is definitely a great sign that you are on the right track. Here are some ideas and wording suggestions for your booth to help you get more bookings:1. Offer a special promotion or discount for booking a party at the booth. For example, "Book your party at our booth today and receive 10% off your total purchase!"2. Create a sense of urgency by emphasizing limited availability or time slots for parties. For example, "Only a few spots left for party bookings at our booth! Don't miss out!"3. Use eye-catching visuals and decorations to make your booth stand out and attract attention. This could include balloons, colorful banners, or creative displays of your products.4. Have a fun and interactive activity at your booth that will engage potential customers and make them want to book a party with you. This could be a game, a demo, or a hands-on activity related to your products.5. Use positive and enthusiastic language when talking to potential customers at the booth. Show them how excited you are about your products and the parties you offer.6. Use social media and other online platforms to promote your booth and party bookings. Create a buzz and generate interest by sharing photos and updates about your booth and the parties you have coming up.7. Don't be afraid to ask for bookings directly. Sometimes a simple, "Would you like to book a party with us?" can be all it takes to secure a booking.8. Offer incentives for customers who book a party at the booth, such as a free gift or a special discount on their first party purchase.Remember to always be friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic at your booth. People are more likely to book a party with someone who makes them feel comfortable and excited about the products and services being offered. Good luck!

There are several ways to increase your bookings at events. First, make sure you are properly promoting your booth through social media, email marketing, and word of mouth. You can also offer incentives or special deals to customers who book at the event. Additionally, having eye-catching and interactive displays can attract more attention to your booth. Lastly, make sure to follow up with potential customers after the event to secure their booking.

2. What is the best way to approach potential customers for bookings?

It's important to be friendly and approachable when talking to potential customers at events. Start by introducing yourself and your business, and then ask if they would be interested in learning more about your products or hosting a party. Be sure to have a clear and concise pitch prepared and have promotional materials on hand to give to interested customers.

3. How far in advance should I start booking events for my booth?

It's recommended to start booking events at least 3-6 months in advance. This will give you enough time to plan and prepare for the event, as well as promote it to potential customers. In addition to your products, it's important to have an eye-catching display at your booth. This can include banners, tablecloths, and other branded materials. You can also bring along interactive elements such as product demonstrations, cooking samples, or games to engage customers and make your booth more memorable.

Social media is a great tool for promoting your booth and generating interest from potential customers. You can create event pages on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, share sneak peeks of new products or special deals, and encourage customers to RSVP or book a party at the event. You can also use hashtags and collaborate with other vendors or event organizers to expand your reach on social media.
