Ben's Mischievous Misadventures with Gum!

So Ben (who is 3) got in trouble today and isn't allowed to have gum for the rest of the night or tomorrow. so I was telling my mother in law, I said "Ben isn't allowed to have g-u-m(spelling it out)." Ben looks at me and said gum with the funniest look on his face!! I couldn't believe it!! We both started laughing! he is so scary smart sometimes!

Well... I have a six year old daughter..... My DH and I spell out words until Sunday... and I asked my Dh... do you want some L-U-N-C-H after we got home from chruch? my darling daughter looks at me and goes yes mommy I want some lunch!!! Got to love kids!!!

Haha, that's hilarious! Kids are so clever and sneaky sometimes. I bet he'll find a way to get some gum anyway. But good job on spelling it out, at least you tried! Kids never cease to amaze me with their intelligence and quick thinking. It's both scary and impressive. Hopefully, he learns his lesson and stays away from gum for a while. Good luck with that!
