The Director's Award Reimbursement is a program offered by Pampered Chef to recognize and reward Directors who have achieved high sales and leadership goals.
Directors who have met the requirements for the Director's Award, which includes reaching a certain sales volume and maintaining a team of active Consultants, are eligible for the reimbursement.
The reimbursement amount varies based on the Director's sales volume and the number of active team members, but can range from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars.
Directors do not need to apply for the reimbursement. Once they have met the requirements for the Director's Award, the reimbursement will automatically be processed and applied to their account.
The reimbursement amount will be applied to the Director's account within 2-3 weeks after the end of the qualification period for the Director's Award. It will then be available for the Director to use towards future Pampered Chef purchases.
