To place an online order for a show, simply click on the link provided by your consultant or host. This will take you to the show's personalized website where you can browse and select products to add to your cart.
Unfortunately, once an online order has been submitted, it cannot be edited. If you would like to add more items, you will need to place a separate order or contact your consultant for assistance.
Online orders for a show are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. However, during peak seasons, there may be a slight delay. You can track your order's status by logging into your account on the show's website.
Unfortunately, promo codes cannot be applied to online orders for a show. These codes are only valid for individual orders placed through the Pampered Chef website.
If you need to cancel your online order for a show, please contact your consultant as soon as possible. They will be able to assist you in canceling the order and issuing a refund if the order has not yet been processed.
