Are Online Orders for My Show Automatically Added to PP?

I am so excited that I have orders coming in for a show on my website, but I don't know what I need to do with them. Do I manually add them to PP?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes. Add them into PP as if they were standing next to you. Be sure to get the payment info and mark it as reviewd on your site. On, and one more thing... CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
 
I print the emails to keep for my records. :)
 
You can also print it out from your website and it'll have the card #'s.
 
I have a silly question. How do you know when someone places an online order? I have told people to go to my website and order products but after I have said that I always wondered how I would know.

I think that is great I do not have a web page yet cause I was wondering how often it would get hits and if it would even work. Plus the expence.
 
Victoria: The key for me is telling people to go to the site and including in my email newsletters. I find people will go back and order some things later. Its been worth it for me.
