I am closing a show I had April 30th and when I type in the Guest special it says "no longer available". do the special run out? Did I wait too long to close the show? Thanks in advance for your help

I figured it out I had the start date as 5/1. Thanks again
 
Make sure that the show is dated for April. You should be fine. We have at least until the end of the following month to submit shows with those specials.
 
I never heard of that??!! I know one of my April shows shipped and the host only received 1 of the 8 MMP she was due - and it was short 2 celebrate plates and a small bar pan - Maybe something is going on in the warehouse... I would call tech support.
