You will see a notification on the website or app that says "Any Directors Logged on Right Now". You can also check the list of directors available for chat or contact support for confirmation.
Yes, you can still contact support for any inquiries or orders. Our support team is available to assist you even if there are no directors logged on at the moment.
Our directors have varying schedules, but there will always be at least one director available during business hours. You can contact support for assistance outside of those hours.
Directors strive to respond to inquiries and orders as quickly as possible. Response times may vary depending on the volume of requests, but we aim to address all concerns within 24 hours.
