I always just gave them the form and they sent it in. Since we can no longer do that-I called PC and they said the customers can call us and we do it thru PP3, or the customers can email PC or call them directly. What is everyone doing?

I have always done it through P3 as a service to the customer.

And just out of curiosity, was it ONE person on CS who had the fire or were there others too?

I just realized this too, I was bummed, I loved being able to hand the order forms out at the show and just highlight what part they needed to order and let them take care of it.

I've always done it for them too. Well, I have given the form out occassionally but I USUALLY did it. They love the "help" and it's no issue for me to do it.

I didn't even know we could hand out the form!! I have always done it just like any other order, and you can take their credit card too. It is pretty easy.

Mail takes so long from Japan that I've never done the mail version. I've always done it in P3 too. If they are paying at a show with a credit card, I put it all on one receipt & then let them know that they'll see 2 charges since I have to do 2 transactions. No complaints yet. ;)

I've always done it via P3 for the customer.
