20-30 Person Show Coming Up...need Some Help!

I have a show coming up in a few weeks that is going to be anywhere from 20-30 people. I am really exited, but I have never done a show that large before so I need some tips with stuff to do recipes, bookings, games, etc. I need to tips on how to keep things in order with that large of a crowd also. Please help!
