I like to bring a pantry item to each show and only have a chocolate raspberry sauce. Would you kindly share some of the ways you use it. It is not one of my favorites, please sell me on it. Thanks!
Hi- I dont know where I got this theme idea but when I presented it I got a booking and a very excited host. She is a past host and tends to want me to do a lot more food prep than I am willing to do. I usually do one recipe but in her case a couple of very simple recipes may be better (so it...

I have a customer who is vegan and wants to do a chocolate recipe so we need something with dark chocolate. She says she can get soy cream cheese so if it calls for cream cheese that is OK.

Any ideas? I...
I'm making this cake tomorrow at a party, and it calls for the 12-in/30cm Skillet. I'm assuming it's talking about the staineless skillet. Has anyone used the stainless 12 inch skillet? I have both the Stainless and the Executive 12 inch skillet, so i can use both... just nervous using the...
